Recall record checklist: exact product identifiers, official notice and documented remedy. A selected index is not a complete recall database.

Last checked October 26, 2026. This is a selected index of official notices relevant to household electrical products and commercial lighting. It is not a complete recall database, a list of every recent recall, or a finding that an unlisted product is safe. Open the linked notice to confirm the precise scope and current remedy.

Selected notices

Lithonia Lighting RSX luminaires with adjustable tilt arms

Notice: October 22, 2026; CPSC 27-041.
Identification: RSX luminaires using AASP, AARP, AAWB or AAWSC adjustable tilt arm mountings. The notice identifies manufacturing periods August 2019–July 2020 and August 2024–April 2026. Lithonia must confirm inclusion.
Hazard: A mounting-arm knuckle can fail and allow the fixture to fall.
Immediate action and remedy: Stay clear of the area directly underneath. Contact Lithonia to arrange the free repair; the company arranges a qualified professional to replace the affected arm assembly. Do not interpret switching the light off as correcting a structural mounting problem.
Official notice and identification photographs: CPSC 27-041.

CCCEI power strips

Notice: March 26, 2026; CPSC 26-346.
Identification: Black metal enclosure, six black receptacles with separate on/off switches, and 6-, 10- or 15-foot cord. Compare the back label and photographs in the official notice.
Hazard: Missing supplementary overcurrent protection creates a fire risk if overloaded.
Immediate action and remedy: Stop using the affected product and contact Middle Way Electronics for a full refund through the official notice’s contact route.
Status distinction: The March 5 warning 26-313 preceded this recall. They describe the same product issue and must not be counted as two separate recalls.
Official notice and identification photographs: CPSC 26-346.

HEZI power strips

Notice: January 15, 2026; CPSC 26-194.
Identification: Gray or yellow metal enclosure with eight black receptacles; power and circuit-breaker switches near the cord end. Compare the complete official description and photographs.
Hazard: The metal enclosure is ungrounded and can present an electrocution hazard if energized.
Immediate action and remedy: Stop using the recalled strip and contact HEZI HOME for a full refund through the notice’s contact route.
Official notice and identification photographs: CPSC 26-194.

Use identifiers, not resemblance alone

A similar-looking product is a reason to check, not a confirmed match. Preserve the brand, model, date or lot code, purchase record and the location of each identifier. If a notice provides no model number, do not invent one from an online listing; use its description and company confirmation process.

For installed fixtures, begin with purchasing and maintenance records. Do not climb to an elevated luminaire or remove protective covers just to investigate this index. Give the responsible owner or facilities contact the notice and ask for qualified identification where access requires it.

Keep the result in one of three states: confirmed match, confirmed outside the notice’s scope, or unresolved. Missing records belong in the third category.

Keep the notice and the case together

Save the recall number, official URL, date checked, company case number and remedy correspondence with the equipment record. Record the action taken and who completed it. For multiple properties, associate each case with the correct location and asset; one repaired fixture does not close every installation.

Follow the particular remedy. A refund, inspection and repair are different outcomes. Do not assume another notice’s instructions apply because the products share a brand or hazard. CPSC notes that remedy availability can change, so revisit the official notice when following up.

If a company does not respond or the remedy fails, the notices provide CPSC’s recall-complaint route. Preserve the correspondence so the unresolved issue can be described accurately.

Check beyond this selection

Search CPSC’s official recall and product-safety-warning database for the exact product and company. Older notices can still matter to equipment in service. This selection does not establish that these are the newest three electrical recalls.

For installed electrical panels, use our panel-specific recall verification guide, which explains why panel and label identifiers must be kept distinct. Neither an unsuccessful recall search nor a completed recall remedy substitutes for assessing the equipment’s broader condition.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a complete list of electrical recalls?

No. It is a dated selection. Search CPSC’s official database and the manufacturer’s current notices for the specific product.

Are CCCEI’s March warning and March recall separate products?

The linked CPSC recall identifies the earlier warning as its predecessor. This index counts that product issue once.

Does a product that is not listed here have no recall?

No. Absence from this selection establishes nothing about recall status or safety.

Can I use the same remedy instructions for similar products?

No. Match the exact notice and follow its current product-specific instructions.
